When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. "The housecleaning staff forgot to clean my room for three days. I was offered a complimentary coffee for this oversite. The laundry service has a 25 pound minimum charge. The desk receptionist didn't know that. The hotel needs better management."
