This comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, solar electric house is located on the north edge of Laramie, nestled into the hillside in a quiet neighborhood with shared open space and paved green-belt trail just up the hill for walking, running or biking. From the top of the hill, you can see the Snowy Range to the west, the Laramie Range to the east, and the mountains of Rocky Mountain National Park to the south. With its 360 degree views, this is a great place for viewing sunsets or sunrises and watching the weather.
The xeriscape landscaping looks good year-round. A 2-car garage and driveway provides off-street parking in addition to the two street spaces.
Inside, the fully equipped, recently updated kitchen and large dining area provide the opportunity to cook up great meals and save money by dining in. The living room is furnished with a couch, two chairs and a rocker, and has large, south-facing windows for a sunny, warm atmosphere and nice view.
