Place was clean and spacious. Had plenty of room for our family gathering. Kids were more than ok sleeping on couches and floor but I would say only enough beds comfortably for 8 people. We enjoyed our stay and time together

The house was conveniently located to the University of Wyoming. There was plenty of bedrooms and interior space for our large family. We appreciated the large dining table. However, the prior complaints/review issues regarding the multiple broken windows, kitchen ceilings water damage have yet to be fixed. In the kitchen there is a towel pinned to the wall covering up exposed water pipes. The backyard was unusable, due to the large amount of tall weeds, grass and broken toys/workout equipment. The grill and propane tank were covered in old grease. The single trash can was half full upon our arrival. We also had no water pressure at any of the sinks for approximately an hour on Friday night. We did contact the host who informed us that happens some times if someone was using the shower. No one was taking a shower at the time, just trying to wash hands before dinner. After taking an hour to respond back to us on Friday night regarding no water pressure, the amount of mowing and cleaning of the backyard there was no way it was going to be done before our son’s 10AM graduation the following day. We did move our Graduation celebration to our son’s house due to the condition of the backyard.

The space was great for families coming together for graduation and Christmas. We had plenty of space. It was also clean which was very nice and much appreciated. It is a quirky house for sure. There are projects that seem to be unfinished which we worked with. Something’s that would be appreciated would be having some board games or cards available to use, have some throw blankets and extra pillows, have more supplies like toilet paper, facial tissue, and laundry detergent. We had to buy TP because four rolls for wasn’t enough and we had no detergent to use the laundry. Overall it was a great stay.

Overall the property met our needs for our stay, there were enough beds & bedrooms for our group. Great for pets with a backyard area. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils we needed and a big table which was great for board games. There were some broken windows and blinds and the overall condition is fair. There are electrical outlets with no cover which was fine for us since we didn't have children. There was a strong smell of urine throughout the house, which I suppose is to be expected in a pet friendly vrbo. This is an attached dwelling which was a bit of a surprise but not a big deal for us. As another reviewer stated- you can tell they are working on the space and it's still a "bit under construction"

This rental was okay for the most part; however, there was a leak from upstairs to the kitchen. Also, there was no hot water in the upstairs bathroom. You can tell there's been some updating; however, there were numerous things that could be improved (light switches not attached, sink not attached) I was impressed with the communication with the hosts. They responded quickly. Overall it suited our needs.

The bathtub had a crack in it and leaked in the kitchen. The sink in the kitchen is not attached to the counter. The A/C doesn't cool the house it was so hot...but the beds were comfortable, and it was clean overall.

big space, handy in town, but beware of the stairs

This property met many our needs. We had 6 adults and wanted space to gather and make food. It was handy in town to the events we had. There was a nice sitting room upstairs and a deck that we really liked and a nice kitchen and living room. There was highway noise. The property seemed to be in process of fixing up, but that was fine. My biggest concern is that we had elderly and disabled family members that struggled with the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms. They were steep and there was no railing for the top 4 stairs.

It was okay. Not exactly a whole house but was an attached garage turned into rooms. Was not a fan of the door hidden behind a book shelf to go to the other side of the “House” where someone else was staying/living. With the air conditioning, the upstairs door had to be open so lots of bugs came in and was not practical for little children. No air conditioning in any upstairs bedrooms, only fans. Down stairs got pretty warm so the door had to stay open for a little air flow which is when we assume a mouse came in. Luckily it didn’t get too warm and we were not there during the warmest part of the day. So we made it work but I don’t think we would stay again.
