The hotel is in a rural area , where you enjoy walking around and live the simple life . Staff are great , and supportive Speaking English easily . I had an issue that the swimming pool wasn't operational - and I wanted it badly !! Else than that , everything was fine , cozy and warm . I enjoyed the stay and would definitely repeat it again in the same hotel .

This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. The staff were extremely unfriendly and completely unprofessional from start to finish. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but when I went down to the restaurant, there was no one there waiting for breakfast at all. I had to look for a staff member and ask him to prepare the food. Instead of doing his job, he kept giving excuses. He first told me it would take 15 minutes, which then turned into a 1 hour and 30 minute wait. After all that time, I was served 2 eggs, 3 slices of tomatoes, and 1 slice of cheese. During this time, the staff member was clearly messing around, and there was no management present at all. The worker kept lying about the time while he was seating down. He passed down a managers number however no answer or response from them. The hotel itself was disgusting. The room was very dirty, the furniture was broken, and there were visible stains on the walls. It felt neglected and poorly maintained. Overall, this place is horrible and should not be advertised as a hotel. I genuinely do not understand how Expedia has accepted a hotel like this on their platform. I strongly advise people not to stay here.
