Been to Puerto del Carmen many times and this property is one of the best we have stayed in.Beautiful apartment with everything you need to make it a home from home.Communication with host was excellent and nothing was a bother down to sorting a taxi on day of departure.Will definitely return and would highly recommend...location great !

Perfect!
Lovely clean, well equipped house, just as advertised. Across the path from the communal swimming pool, although we were the only ones in there almost, for the whole week! 5 mins walk to a large Spar and ten mins walk from ‘The Strip’ with the choice of hundreds of restaurants. The owner always replied really quickly to us and even booked us a taxi to take us to the airport. A lovely break, which we hope to repeat next year. Thanks

Little Gem
The first thing when we arrived that stood out was how spotlessly clean this property is, it’s well equipped and comfortable. Really nice to have a downstairs toilet, lovely kitchen comfortable beds and the patio has table, chairs and four comfortable sun beds. It’s about a five minutes walk to the bars and restaurants on the strip, and a couple of minutes walk to a well stocked spar supermarket. The owner was very quick to respond to any correspondence and even booked us a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay which we really appreciated. We will definitely use this property again as we couldn’t find fault with it. Thank you

We stayed in Dream house for 9 days this January. This is the 2nd time I have stayed there. Jeanette is so easy to deal with, friendly and helpful. The property is really comfortable and has everything you need. The location is perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough. Can’t wait to return.

On arrival, we where very impressed with the property. It was absolutely beautiful, the area was ideal..close to beach, restaurants and bars. Perfect for couples, families and groups. Unfortunately I had an accident and was hospitised for 3 days. I was unable to do anything so I didnt get to appreciate the beautiful property or the resort. The lady Jeanette who rented the property to us went above and beyond from the minute she heard about my accident. Helped in every way possible to try and make things easier for us. We communicated through text, I did not get to meet her in person until the day we were leaving. What a lovely lady, her kindness will not be forgotten. We definitely hope to get back, I would not hesitate to recommend this property, it has everything you need and more for an amazing holiday! Thank you Jeanette ❤️

Fabulous property and host
Just excellent from the first enquiry we made to Jeanette to the day we came home. Property surpassed our expectations, immaculately clean, bigger than expected, comfortable with everything we needed. Pool was always quiet and perfectly positioned just opposite the property. We will return without a doubt and thank you to Jeanette for being so helpful , always replied straight away and even offered to book the taxi to the airport, highly recommend.

Great house in great location
House was beautiful and clean. Set in a perfect location of approximately 5-6 mins walk to main Street where all bars, shops and the beach is. We loved…. How smooth check in was… no issues at all The house itself How clean the property was The outside seating areas The pool ( most of the time- when there were no kids there) The communication from the host How near it was to everything We didn’t like… Only 1 pool gate key - it would make sense to have a code instead The shower downstairs- it needs a glass door rather than curtain and a proper adjustable shower head. The outside chairs - only 2 were ok . The other two did not hold when you sat in them and were a bit dangerous. My sister fell out of one . The pool chairs over beside the pool. It was not always possible to get a seat with an adjustable back and they were extremely uncomfortable. It would be great if the host invested in some chairs for the pool like other residents have done. Overall we loved the house and the area. I hope you appreciate the honest feedback. Dream House is just that, great location, clean, modern and comfortable.
Lovely house in a quite residential urbanisation. Perfectly located just off the main PDC 'strip' . Communication with host was excellent. The full kitchen is well equipped. The pool is gorgeous and despite the poor February weather, we did manage the occasional dip ! Many thanks to our host, we spent a lovely 4 weeks in Dream House.

Dream House lives up to its name
We have stayed in Puerto del Carmen many times, but never in such lovely accommodation. The location is excellent for all amenities, close to the beach and bus stops at the top and bottom of the road depending on which direction you want to explore. The local Spar is convenient for all essentials. As others have said before the house is very clean and well appointed with a full size dishwasher and washing machine very useful for a longer stay. The nearly new sun loungers provide comfort for the late afternoon sun, although because the property faces south can be enjoyed anytime of day. The duvets on the beds were very welcome as evenings in January can be a little cool. English tv channels were a bonus too. Jeanette was a great host providing lots of information pre arrival, checking we had arrived and accessed the property and informing us of check out procedure. I can honestly recommend a stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

Stayed at dream house from the 21 Dec to 1st Jan 2023 The property is extremely clean, check in was so easy. great communication with the owner. Towels and Beach Towels supplied which is great . Lovely Christmas decorations around the house . Great to have dishwasher and washing machine.Spar shop just down the road and only a few minutes walk to the strip. We had a great weeks stay in this apt the host was excellent nothing was too much bother the apt was clean and spacious the outside discs was great for relaxing with the pool on your doorstep . the location was approx 8 min walk to the hustle and bustle of strip with lots of good restaurants there is a fantastic restaurant mozzarella about 4 mins walk from apt eat there twice was so good I would not hesitate to book this apt again .

Our time staying here was everything you need to make a relaxing holiday
From stepping through the door our time here was relaxing, and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble we had good contact with the owner when needed. A perfect location not too far from shops, restaurants and bars. A large pool to dip into on the doorstep. Decorations and little touches to the place shows how much love and attention has gone into the house. We would absolutely stay again. It was a dream house to us!

We stayed at Dream House for the third time and it never dissappoints. It is always clean, tidy and contains everything you need home from home. The location is spot on for local bars, restaurants and supermarkets without being in the thick of it. The complex is well maintained, the pool is lovely and we've never seen it crowded, in fact the opposite. We came away feeling refreshed after such a relaxing, pleaseant stay. Thank you for making our Lanzarote holiday experience a good one yet again.

Quiet and private mini villa Puerto del carmen
Great space and two bathrooms with toilets and showers really useful. Everything needed is available although would be nice to have a mini welcome pack if you arrived late at night. Very convenient to everything in walking distance. There is no air conditioning that I saw so I wouldn’t come in the summer months but I would definitely come back and the host is extremely helpful.

Fabulous “Dream” House accommodation and perfect location
Absolutely lovely place to stay, Dreamhouse is a perfect description of this place. From the moment you opened the front door, it smelled clean and fresh. Accommodation is very comfortable throughout, spacious and well equipped. Lovely terrace area with sun loungers and tables to dine outside. Sun all day, even in November. The communal swimming pool is also clean, loads of space and sun all day too. Checking in is simple, Jeanette is the perfect host, not only providing a raft of information before you get there but is always on hand to ring or message if you have any queries or questions. Kindly booked our cab back to the airport as well. Highly recommend this property as it is a quiet location but a short walk to the local Spar for supplies and just a little further and you are at all the bars and restaurants on the front. We would recommend two places to have food, Mozzarella which is just by the Spar which is eat in and takeaway. Always busy and the pasta dishes we had were superb. The second is Luna, turn left once you are at the end of road with Casino in front of you. It was only open 3 weeks but the food, service and atmosphere was excellent.

Geat house in an ideal location
Dream house offers everything you could need for an affordable family holiday, situated in a quiet location at the top of Calle Pedro Barba but only a 10 minute walk to the main strip of Puerto Del Carmen. The house has all the facilities you could need including a well equipped kitchen and a washing machine, the lounge offers comfy seating and, should you need it a TV with all UK channels, the large terrace has the sun until early evening and is well sheltered from the wind making it a great sun trap. Bedrooms are more than big enough with a good amount of storage and comfy beds made for a good nights sleep. Both bathrooms offer good powerful showers with one also having a bath. Complex has a good sized swimming pool that never had more than a few people around so no issues getting a sunbed. A massive thanks goes to Jeanette who was more than happy to move our booking on several occasions due to Covid and was on hand should we have experienced any problems while we were in the house. Overall a great place to stay should you need a medium sized family holiday home in a great loaction.

Let me start by saying we arrived here on 14th March 2020 it was my wife's birthday and we had booked a week away to enjoy some sunshine. On arrival at the property which was easy to find and in a quiet residential area yet only a few minutes to all the bars, restaurants and beaches, we collected the key from the key box and entered the property. All was exactly as described, Jeanette our host had left us a welcome pack and we had stopped off to get some of our own supplies. We settled in and all was super, unfortunately we soon discovered that the fridge freezer did not seem to be getting very cold, we called Jeanette who was surprised but immediately came around to check it out, it was unfortunately broken. Jeanette very quickly went to try and sort it out bearing in mind it was now Saturday evening about 6.30, within 30 minutes a guy arrived with a brand new fridge freezer! how about that for service. We thanked Jeanette and enjoyed our evening. The very next day Spain and the canary islands went into lock down! this was due to the Covid-19 outbreak. We were forced by the local police to stay in our accommodation and could only venture out to get food supplies , the villa and its new fridge freezer became our very best friend. So we were house bound and luckily we had everything we needed from the fully stocked kitchen, the washing machine, English TV channels, excellent WiFi and a lovely spacious balcony in the sun all day. We had a communal pool but that was off limits due to the lock down. Communication with our host Jeanette did continue but only because we were checking with her in case we could not get home due to flight cancellations. Jeanette could not have been more helpful and supportive. We did eventually get a new flight home and did not need to stay on but if we would have had to we would have been very comfortable here and would not hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone the villa and its owner were A1. Many thanks Jeanette!!!

Just returned from a 2 week stay. This was a much needed holiday so to stay at dream house was perfect. The property was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great as the property was in a quiet area but was a short walk from the main strip. Welcome package was appreciated considering we arrived early evening and with the local spar only a few minutes walk away we had everything we needed. Jeanette was a great host and kept us updated prior to our trip. We had a slight plumbing issue however as soon as I messaged Jeanette to let her know it was resolved within a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return again in future. Thank you very much Jeanette 😁

We stayed in this property last week whilst preparing for our wedding in La Geria and we couldn’t have asked for more! The apartment is just as described and has a lovely homely feel. Patio is a complete sun trap and entire apartment and communal pool is sparkly clean, bright and fresh! Jeanette was lovely to talk to and popped in to help us with the TV when we couldn’t figure it out. Jeanette was well aware of our wedding plans, friends coming and going to wish us well and she even offered to help us with the prep! Just returned from a 9 night stay at "Dream House". The communication with the owner was very good before and during our stay. The information she provided was excellent from the key collection process, directions to the property and even to how to operate the cooker and TV. The property was very clean and very well equipped. Everything you need, from cooking utensils to pool/beach and bath towels. The welcome pack is a very nice touch especially when we arrived at 8.30pm. The three bedrooms were all of a good size and ideal for 2 parents a teenage boy and a teenage girl! who didn't want to share a room! and a bonus to have two bathrooms too. There is a small balcony leading from the master bedroom and a large terrace on the ground floor with two tables, chairs and sun loungers. The pool area was clean with sun loungers and showers and Dream House is located just a few steps away from the pool. Nice quite location but only stroll away from the main strip and seafront. There are two well stocked supermarkets close by. Taxis are very cheap if you want to venture out further. Thank you for an amazing stay we would defiantly recommend and return.

Well located quite property. Very clean and has everything you need to chill and relax.
Very good and helpful communication from owner prior and during our stay. Arrived to a very clean apartment and a lovely welcome pack. Great facilities as described online. Had an issue with the English channels on the TV, so I texted the owner and it was sorted extremely fast. I was very impressed with how they dealt with things and made sure we had a relaxing and enjoyable time. A nice big pool which was regularly cleaned and never too busy. The location is just 5 minutes walk from main strip and two good supermarkets within 3 minutes. I would recommend this property as it has all the facilities you could need. As a family of five we find it hard to find such a place where we could all live comfortably.

Duplex situated in a quiet residential area but only 5 min walk to the strip. Spar supermarket 2 min walk. Duplex contains everything one needs for a holiday. Nice welcome pack (tea, coffee, water, orange juice, milk, biscuits and crisps) on arrival. Jeanette is an excellent hostess, nothing is too much trouble. No aircon but plenty of fans. Would highly recommend this accommodation.
