We loved our short stay at Smithe House! It felt like we were staying in a high-end, new-build condo instead of a hotel room. All the finishes and touches were thoughtful, and the staff checked in frequently via text, which was helpful when we had initial troubles getting into the parking garage. We will be back!

Poor service no drinking water in the room no lotion when we ask for lotion it they brought body washing We payed extra for breakfast but they hand you the menus so you can order only the amount you payed , the charges are high $7 a small cup of coffee (doesn’t taste like coffee) no free refills They very cheap !if you’re coming from USA don’t expect what you use too in the USA ! It’s so expensive and not worth it the money !

The Sandman was amazing and exceeded my expectations! I usually stay on Robson, but this area was so lovely and welcoming. I do solo travel and felt very safe as a female, even at 1 am. The staff was so kind and helpful, the location was chef’s kiss with all kinds of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. I also loved that the bus stop was a few feet away and there is also a grocery store across the street that’s open until 12 am. The accommodations were so great- kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, and even a washing machine. The balcony views were also great and the bed was comfy. 10/10 and I will definitely be back.
