"The room was clean and nice but small. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the comfortable bar with the fireplace roaring and pictures of the famous people who stayed at the hotel. Hugo, who was the bartender, was excellent in educating us on calvados brandy from Normandy. He also suggested Benedictine liquor, which we enjoyed. Great location for walking the town!"

"Hotel was very nice and lots of hot water. A little pricey for a bed and a shower. No bottled water in the room or coffee maker in room. It was very clean and well maintained; staff was kind."
