Easy checking in and out.
Kind, polite and helpful staff.
Decent hotel, near public transport and tourist attractions.
My room was a bit noisy early in the morning/night due to deliveries to the businesses around.
It was ok as it was in Winter, but in warmer times, could be a problem.
Breakfast was fine, although quite basic.
Hotel is an old building but it was clean.

I had an unpleasant experience at breakfast. Other guests were asked if they wanted coffee or tea, but no one asked me anything. Even when I asked for coffee myself, it never came. Guests who arrived after me got their coffee right away. I had to ask several times before mine finally came.
There were no small plates left, the breakfast room was quite small, and my omelette order never arrived in the end.

Great full-service hotel in an outstanding location. Every staff person showed complete dedication to making my stay pleasant. Morning breakfast with view of the river was memorable. Facilities are not particularly new, but everything in the room was spotless and worked perfectly.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Short walk to Olympic Gondola for commute to Meribel Centre. Walking distance to couple restaurants and food market. Clean, and upgraded throughout with professional staff that kindly addressed our questions. We would happily stay here again!
