Pet & family friendly 3 bed/1.5 bath-MSU 10 min away! Long term renters welcome!

Pet friendly home located in Moores Park neighborhood. There are three bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor and 1/2 bath on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the other two bedrooms have queen sized beds. There is a fully stocked kitchen with large dining room that seats 8. The living room is a comfortable space to watch movies on the large flat screen Roku smart TV. Board games, puzzles and playing cards available to play. The laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen on the main floor. There is a fenced in back yard to keep your pet safe and dog door available if you choose to use it. Free Wifi and coffee is available during your stay.
Moores Park is a few blocks away where you can access the Lansing River trail, fishing, boat launch and playground for kids.
We are centrally located to highway access to 496, 96, U.S. 127 and 69. Downtown Lansing, the State Capitol, Impression 5 Science center, Lugnuts baseball stadium and R.E. Olds Transportation Museum are all 5 min away. We are an even shorter distance to Reo Town located on Washington Avenue, just minutes from the home. Michigan State University is not far with just a 10 minute drive to campus, shopping and many restaurants available to choose from.

If you are seeking a relaxing atmosphere with easy access to some of the best Lansing has to offer, this is the place.

I DO NOT charge pet fees/deposits, cleaning fees or for extra guests to stay. I'm very accommodating for pets and will work with you on number of pets allowed.

Our family has stayed here a couple times, we love it because se we can bring our dogs. Everything is always perfect, super clean and so comfortable. It’s located in a cool neighborhood, walking distance to the Grand River where you find nice parks and good fishing. Good vibes all around, friendly host that’s always available, just a great stay. Grateful we found this location, we will definitely return soon.

Easy access to downtown and to MSU campus. House was in good condition and accurately reflected the description. Everything went very well. We weren't in the house much to comment more. Would stay there again.

The house is very pleasant with an off street parking space. The host was quick to respond when I couldnt find bathroom towels - the linen closet was hiding behind the open bathroom door, that's on me.

Nice relaxing place to bring your pet along

We really enjoyed our stay - nice fenced yard for our dog and our host provided so many amenities. Nice neighborhood and well maintained property and very clean. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Lansing.

Comfortable and Convenient

We were in town for a softball tournament and really enjoyed our stay. Very cute house with a nice fenced in back yard for our dog. Would definitely recommend to a family coming to visit the area.

Capitol visiting

We love Michigan and we travel North frequently. We decided to stay and visit the capitol- as we travel all over the country. This once was clean, comfortable, and convenient! Communication and check in was seamless and the area was nice too. I would love to stay here again! The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog and a nice place for us to enjoy the weather too.

Super conveniently located. Nice house, with large bedrooms. 1/2 bath is small for tall people but nice to have with a family of 4. Had everything we needed and well stocked for longer stays. Dogs loved the fenced backyard and doggie door! Will stay here next visit.

Cozy stay

This was a great rental for a long weekend in Lansing. House is cute and original features were great. Even though it’s close to a busy street, the house was quiet. Appreciate that each bedroom presents a different sleeping option as far as mattress firmness preference. Easy check in and check out and the fenced backyard made traveling with our dogs so easy.

This property is very spacious, and located in a very nice neighborhood, not too far from the highway to access downtown lansing! The house was very clean, beds were comfy, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog!! Highly recommended.

We came to Lansing for a family event, and chose to stay here as our doggies are allowed. They were very comfortable there. There were lots of extras that were nice...coffee, creamer etc.

Lovely home, charming neighborhood

Our family of 4 had a really nice stay at this home. Everything was really comfortable and we had everything we needed. Our dogs loved the fenced back yard. The neighborhood is really adorable, full of beautiful older homes and beautiful gardens. We will definitely be back!

MSU basketball game

The house was perfect for a family of four. The bedrooms were great and the beds comfortable. The neighborhood was cute with a park at the end of the street. We enjoyed the fenced in yard for the dog! Would definitely rent again!

Travel with a barky dog

A short trip to Lansing with a small dog who barks too much to stay on a hotel. This property was perfect. A lovely 1920s house in wonderful condition. A nice walkable neighborhood close to a park on the river. 10 minutes from the university campus. We are now trying to find reasons to go back there again.

Charming welcoming home

House was perfect for our needs. The yard was great for the dogs. Well lit in the evening as well. The house was comfortable and clean. The host responded super promptly when a neighbor's dog got into the yard. They were adding in better fencing the day we left.

Dog friendly, 10 minutes to MSU

We stayed for a weekend visit with our MSU student. The house (and neighborhood) is dog friendly with a fully fenced yard. We only used the master bedroom upstairs, which had a comfortable bed. We hunkered down on a rainy Saturday and enjoyed the fireplace and a movie on Netflix. The house had everything we needed and the proximity to MSU was great.
