Very much of an a la carte budget hotel. We spent 3 nights, our room was never cleaned, towels were not refreshed. Reception staff is friendly; but several of the back room staff were wraithlike. I did not appreciate having to pay $10 a night for parking. The wifi was good. At this hotel, one buses their own bags.The hotel sells $6/bottle water in the rooms instead of providing at least a bottle of purified or mineral water, per person, per day. The rooms require a bit better sound-proofing around the main doors.

The stay was generally good and clean. However, beware of the unavoidable hidden "$10 parking charge" they'll hit you with at check-in. The only hotels in which I've ever seen an "optional" parking added into the bill was in big metropolitan densely-packed cities like New York or Chicago, in which parking is scarce. This hotel is located in a sparsely-packed area of suburbia next to a large shopping outlet with more parking space than people. Do I feel like I got conned out of a measly $10? Yes. Was it a deal-breaker? No. But, it did leave a bad taste in my mouth, and I would certainly warn people about this shady practice.

Great stay. We were here for unfortunate circumstances , but had a great second stay at this hotel. The only thing we would suggest would Be having extra blankets and pillows for the pull out couch and the water pressure was pretty poor.

The staff checking us in was not private with our information. They spoke very inappropriately and loudly with other guests around who could hear personal information. Customer service and privacy training would be appreciated.

They have to many hideen fees . $75 deposit with a credit card on file . $10 for guest parking ? Ill never stay here again becsuse of these two issues for me . A fee for parking afted ive paid for a room (home away from home). I dont pay to park at a place im paying fo stay at unless im rquesting valey service . I was forced to pay to park accross the street and carry my bags to the hotel from that point . Its just not something im willing to pay e tra for . Its a scam . There are plenty of hotels in the area that convenience there customers with free on site parking .

Peace and quiet
I came to Lansing to take my nursing boards . My room was perfect, they put me on the 6th floor tucked into a corner. It was quiet, I was able to study, and I was able to sleep the whole night without getting woken up.

There are plenty of restaurants that you can walk to or drive to. Outside shopping center, movie theater, Walmart supermarket, gas station all within a walking distance. But we drove everywhere. The only thing I wasn’t to happy with is their new parking fee they didn’t have that a couple months back. The parking is difficult as it is and to be charged on top of that was a small bummer. But it’s not going to stop me from coming. Just disappointing.
