Guests have access to the entire home. If you'd like to use the garage, please request this, so that we can make arrangements to provide access during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
This home is nestled in a working class area in the City of Lansing. Just minutes away from all that Lansing has to offer.

Other Things to Note:
We have a very strict no smoking policy inside the home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside. We advertise a no smoking space to guests and want to be able to honor our word. A $200 fee will be charged to any guests that are found to be smoking on site.

First Vrbo experience
Compact! - Nice property, comfortable beds, ample hot water/pressure, adequate amenities. Advertises sleeps 10, was going to be 7 in our party (ended with only 5) think 8 would be max, 9 & 10 would be on the floor! Only negative remark was about lack of safety handrails on back entry steps. (primary way in & out as parking is in back and no parking on street in front) Anyone, especially elderly or injured/impaired, (2 of our party) would find it much safer/easier with proper handrailing.

Great house
Was a great spacious house, but there were odd quirks the main bedroom downstairs had little privacy since you could see through the door and there were patches missing on paint. overall a good stay really close to attraction and had all the amenities i needed thank you for the experience. Would definitely stay again.
