"Hi There, staff were excellent, flexible and helpful - well presented etc. The toilet (on the first day) had a bit of a smell, but otherwise everything cleaned and nice. Some of the cabinetry within the room is showing quite a bit of wear and tear, including the carpet etc. Probably a sign of age. ..."

"The staff were courteous. The loo was blocked, the bed was blood soiled (not noted till waking in the morning) and the walls in the bathroom rotten.
