Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Stay away

Booked through Hotels.com really disappointed with recent booking made for Rio Resort in Lansdowne. Hotel never got the booking/was sold out and took 4-5 hours/talking to 4-5 reps to try to get alternate hotel which was ok ok. All this while driving to a supposed relaxed weekend! Never again will I book with you. The Rio resort staff were rude and washed their hands of any responsibility also. On another call they told my husband she will try and book us in another hotel and never called back and then stopped taking our calls also. Pathetic customer service on the phone and no regard for a potential customer's experience
