"Very nice hotel very close to the Alhambra. There are several restaurants close to the hotel or it's a 15 minute walk to the city center. The walk to town is through a shady walkway without traffic, so it's a very nice walk (although the walk back up the hill is more challenging than going down!) We enjoyed a couple of hours by the pool, although there are only two umbrellas so one day we couldn't go unless we wanted to sit in full sun. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

When my luggage failed to arrive on my flight to Granada, I showed up empty-handed and completely stressed out. Marcos called the airport handling agents directly the next day and helped me track down the status of my luggage which finally arrived the second day I stayed in the hotel. His warm, cordial attitude made me feel supported and reassured the luggage will arrive before I leave. Easily the most cordial, helpful, and genuinely caring team I have ever encountered. Absolutely the best ever!"
