Stunning home in Buzet

  • Traditional holiday home in the historic centre of the small town of Lanie with swimming pool.



    Move into this charming, authentic and traditional Istrian house in central Istria with your family. It extends over three floors and, with several bedrooms, offers relaxation for all your fellow travellers.

    The beautiful holiday home will enchant you with its many details and the rustic dining room, which is covered with a stone wall. The further up the steps you go, the lower the ceiling height becomes, which is 1.60 metres in the attic.

    In the inner courtyard of the house, which is surrounded by a wall, there is an outdoor pool with hydromassage where you can refresh yourself during the day and in the evening, as well as a covered terrace with a brick barbecue where you can prepare your favourite dishes. There is also an additional toilet in the courtyard.



    Active holidaymakers will get their money's worth here. The area is suitable for outdoor activities, whether trekking, hiking or simply observing nature.



    During your stay you should definitely visit Buzet - a small medieval town known as the "town of truffles" and Hum, known as the smallest town in the world. You should also visit other Istrian destinations such as Motovun and Gronjan.

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht.

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und spricht deutsch. Die Lage des Hauses ist km zur nächsten Strafzettel mit Einkauf Möglichkeiten entfernt.Das Meer ca. 40 km oder fast eine Stunde entfernt. Der Pool ist toll und sauber. Wird einmal die Woche gereinigt. Eigener Parkplatz vor der Haustüre, öffentlich. Aber sicher, kommt niemand vorbei. Eingang vom Haus erst nach Anruf beim Vermieter gefunden, ist nicht von der Straße aus einsehbar beim vorbei fahren. Ist in einem Nebenweg. Die Bilder vom Haus vom Reiseveranstalter waren zutreffend. Sauberkeit geht in Ordnung, beim genauen hinsehen mal ein paar Spinnweben an der Decke gefunden sonst in Ordnung. Sehr ruhige Lage, so wie das ganze Dorf.
