The cabin is located in Langston, AL about 100 yards away from Lake Guntersville. You are only 10 minutes from Scottsboro and 30 minutes from Guntersville. The cabin is set up high on a hill overlooking Lake Guntersville just across the river from Goose Pond. The nicest boat ramp on the river is just 2 miles away at the South Sauty Creek boat ramp. ** Please know that the cabin is not directly on a lake lot. It is set just 100 yards away from the water but it sets up on a hill with a great view in an incredibly relaxing setting. You will have access to an empty lake lot that has a pier and boat ramp that is shared with a few families in the neighborhood. The pier is about 200 yards around the corner from the cabin. Please look through the listing photos so you can see exactly where the cabin and the pier are.

The cabin has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms and just under 1,400 SF not including a huge wrap around porch to enjoy the amazing views, hop in the hot tub, or just sit back and relax.

Internet Included: The internet speed is between 100 - 300 mbps depending on the service.

The cabin is owned and managed by us. There is no middle man. If you have any issues you will be talking directly with us. We will treat you like we want to be treated ourselves.

Getting to the Cabin: The cabin is located just off Hwy 67 in Langston, AL. The roads are paved all the way to the cabin.

MAIN LEVEL: Master Bedroom with King Size Bed (including a high quality mattress) and Full Bath. Living Room with new 65" LED 4k Roku Smart TV, Full Kitchen (cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, keurig, etc), and Dining table. You can access the porch from the Master Bedroom.

UPPER LEVEL: 2nd Bedroom with (2) Full Size Beds (including high quality mattresses) and Full Bathroom.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

PIER and Deeded Access to Lake Lot: Our cabin has deeded access to a lake lot that is a two minute walk from the end of the drive way to the lake lot (about 200 yards away). We share this lake lot with a few other houses. You can not see the lake lot directly from the cabin but as mentioned it's only a short one minute walk to get there. Please see listing photos. There is a wood pier that you are welcome to use to fish off of or tie your boat off to.

CLEANING FEE: The cleaning fee is $120 which might seem like a lot but I use the absolute best cleaner around. She is meticulous and will have the cabin spotless and ready for you when you arrive. If you are not happy with anything just let me know and I will have our cleaner come back and take care of it as soon as possible.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Main Level: Master King Bedroom (sleeps 2)
Upper Level: (2) Full Size Beds (sleeps 2-4 depending on adults vs children)

KITCHEN: You will find a fully stocked kitchen with all modern conveniences including pots, pans, cooking utensils, and everything else to make your favorite dish! We have a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot for you coffee lovers.

OUTDOOR PORCH: Enjoy the breathtaking views and relax in one of our rocking chairs, enjoy the swing, enjoy lunch on the picnic table, or chill in the hot tub.

ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code the day before arrival.

OUTDOOR GRILLE: A charcoal grille is provided for your use. Please make sure to put ash inside the provided ash can and back on the pavers.

CHECK IN/OUT: We do not offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, we will try. We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are NOT provided. The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: This is a NON SMOKING cabin. If you smoke inside the cabin you will be charged $250, plus the increase in cleaning fee, plus any damages.

The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. No children under the age of 18 permitted at anytime without adult supervision. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.

Absolutely NO fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages.

Do NOT lean or hang on the porch railings.
