The property has all day sun and features 3 rooms + 2 showers with a monsoon showerhead + 2 toilets + 1 Italian Bath and a spacious open living area and Deck with an outdoor shower purely to rinse yourself off after a swim.


We are 10 minutes walk from Langs Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in New Zealand and a 5 minute drive from Waipu Cove.

- Large Fisher and Paykel double door fridge/freezer with ice maker.
