"Came to the hotel and met Raul at the front desk who went above and beyond to help get accommodations and feel comfortable while we were exhausted. Unannounced to him, my wife and our child just spent the day at the ER Children’s Hospital in Seattle. All Raul knew was that it was my wife’s Birthday. With his authentic presence, we were able to be also surprised with an upgraded room! The room was clean and amenities fun! This hotel saved us, rested and rejuvenated we leave with a little more hope and brightness with what’s to come! Thank you!"

"15 minutes before pool closing, the front desk person, Emilee, demanded that we exit the pool area. Her attitude felt like a personal attack although the other guests near us at the pool were also felt her approach was aggressive and unprofessional. She had looked at our personal belongings and saw that we had cigarette packs in our possession. She asked for our room number and when we inquired why, she wrongfully accused us of smoking in non designated areas. This was uncalled for as we adhered to all rules and policies during our stay and had only smoked in the designated area where the ashtray fixture was stationed by the parking lot. We intend to follow up with hotel management. "
