**House "Otten" – Quietly Located with Dune Views**

House "Otten" enjoys an idyllic, natural setting on Langeoog, offering unobstructed views of the dunes. Despite its peaceful location, the village center is easily accessible. The house comprises two separate apartments and is ideal for couples, families, and friends. When booked together, the entire house can accommodate up to **8 people plus a baby and a dog**.

**Apartment "Otten 1"**

The approximately **71 m² ground-floor apartment** accommodates up to **4 people plus a baby**. It features a comfortable living area with a seating area, smart TV, DVD player, and radio, as well as a well-equipped, separate kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and other kitchen appliances. The dining table seats up to 8 people.

Two bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes, and USB/USB-C ports ensure comfort; one bedroom also has a TV. The bathroom features a corner shower, toilet, sink, towel warmer, and hairdryer.

The apartment includes a private garden with a terrace, patio furniture, and a beach chair, as well as bicycle storage. Wi-Fi is free, and the apartment is non-smoking. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building. A crib, highchair, and step stool are provided; dogs are welcome. This apartment can be combined with "Otten 2."
