老闆不太會德文，態度冷淡。房間在閣樓，正好碰到下雨，卻無法開暖氣，非常冷，浴室昏暗，沒有提供網路上照片有的洗衣機，讓我們無法如預期的清洗衣物。 以下不確定是哪ㄧ方的問題，但處理過程及結果都令人不滿意。在我們入住當天早上收到hotel.com電子郵件，說民宿因爲「臨時整修」無法入住，我們可以找附近相同或更高價位的住宿，但當我們聯繫hotel.com客服時，表示民宿沒有取消我們的住宿，依照規定，如果我們沒有入住，就不能退款，經多次聯繫到了民宿主人，用我有限的德文詢問，民宿主人ㄧ下說沒有收到我們的預約，ㄧ下說有但只有第一天，因爲時間已經晚了，老闆在我們到的時後留了字條說明可以自費早餐和以不同方式付費，我們就先住下，度過一個在地人和環境都很冷的夜晚，但因為我們以透過信用卡付款了，這部分老闆電話中不知是聽不懂還是不相信，我們寫了不下五封的信給hotel.com,得到的回應不是email 不一致、無法使用英文留言、要結束處理我們的case等等，最後再次透過國內親友詢問客服，才得到hotel.com要我們先付款第一天給民宿，之後會退二天住宿費給我們，最離奇的是當我們要去付款給老闆時，老闆只是說他們會收到我們第一天的費用，第二天的錢我們要自己處理退款，叫我們直接離開。然後我們就真的走了（也不知道要怎麼再溝通），但至今相隔一天多，hotel.com,沒有道歉、沒有說明，更不知道如何退款、退多少，我們自己聯繫、跨國電信費用、影響旅程的損失，hotel.com沒有任何處理意思，令人憤怒！！

Buen hospedaje pero comunicación complicada

Es un buen lugar para hospedarse, es tranquilo y bastante nuevo además de limpio. El problema es que solo te puedes comunicar con el propietario por teléfono para poder acordar la hora de llegada con la inconveniencia que esto puede suponer.
