8.2/10 Very good! (213 reviews)
Staying at this hotel was an incredible and unique experience! The way the old prison has been transformed into a modern hotel is absolutely brilliant. The historic atmosphere is preserved perfectly, and the clean rooms are very comfortable. The staff is clearly understaffed and overwhelmed with duties, but they work incredibly hard and do their absolute best to keep the atmosphere and everything else perfect. Both the breakfast and parking options were excellent. Highly recommended!

A really welcoming hotel in a great location. Wonderful staff and a first class breakfast.

We were greater with kindness and efficiency and even got a table reserved at the restaurant. Room was beautiful. Good experience. Will definitely go again. Breakfast was free.
