The entire first floor, including the sunny, quiet, and spacious balcony, is available for rent.
From the apartment's floor-to-ceiling windows and the balcony, you'll enjoy a beautiful view of the marina and the Langballigau beach, the Flensburg Fjord, and even the opposite shore of Denmark.
The apartment is bathed in sunshine throughout the day, resulting in bright, airy rooms.
The apartment is very well-equipped, with a modern and comfortable kitchen, a cozy sofa area, a modern bathroom, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, garden furniture, and a gas grill. A spacious, lockable storage room for bicycles and other items is also available.
