"Hotel is always wonderful to stay in and wonderful staff!"

"The rooms were average. My air conditioning unit made noise all night. The toilet wouldn’t flush Told management and the lady at the desk asked me “WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO DO” I can’t stay in a room that the toilet don’t flush. We don’t have anything. The elevator reeked of urine with dirty carpet. We asked for extra towels and wash clothes. They didn’t have any extra to give because they were not clean."

"If you are going to this hotel to get some rest then you are in a big surprise in the morning. The slamming of the room doors start early and continues throughout the morning. Instead of propping the room door open while servicing and cleaning they choose to go in and out and allow the door slam over and over."
