The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. This hotel felt like our oasis. The food, especially the breakfast buffet, was delicious. The spa is also excellent. I will stay here every time I am in Hanoi.

Everything was great. The staff were absolutely exceptional. Very kind, attentive, helpful and accommodating.
Because I’m a vegan it was very hard to find meals I would eat, but I made do. All and all it was wonderful experience. Highly recommended. Will definitely book here again.
