It’s a nice comfortable apartment with a good kitchen. We were traveling to see a concert and some art at Mass MOCA.
Patrick is a friendly and welcoming host.

Ideal for hikers. Easy to find, great food nearby. Super duper clean and spacious.
We really enjoyed our overnight stay while visiting Williams College with our son. Very comfy beds, easy to use tv, nice kitchen. Would definitely stay again.
I was just there for one night but the place was comfortable, clean, and equipped for everything I might possibly need. The hosts were lovely and proactive in their communication. Would stay again!
We only stayed overnight. We quickly met the owner who was very nice and helpful.
Just be careful if you are sensitive to noise at night, the house is on the roadside and the windows are not very soundproof.
Some friends and I were in town for a wedding and were just staying the night and the property was perfect for what we needed! It was very clean and well-maintained. The only minor thing was the building is close to the road and we could hear some traffic at night, but it wasn’t too disruptive. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!
We didn't stay long. We only came in after the theatre, walked out for breakfast, and checked out before heading to Mt Graylock. We got to enjoy the farm's beautiful flowers and Patrick's warm hospitality. Location was perfect to set off on our hike.
My best friend and I decided on a last minute get away with our husbands and we wanted to go skiing at Jiminy Peak. We found this property and loved the location and price! This was a perfect place for us! It was very cozy and the location was near everything. The host Patrick was VERY nice and responded to all of my questions. We will for sure be back! Very cute and comfortable.

Getting back to the property was very dark at night, some type of lightning would have been helpful. And I don’t like daddy long leggers. All in all, I would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable beds
Our stay was pleasant because the space was bright and felt roomy. The colored LED light options in the bathroom made for an awesome nightlight for my kid. I liked all of the windows making it a lightfilled space, the sheer curtains for privacy, and the ability to pull the shades to darken the room and sleep late. It was nice to be able to watch TV from our beds and to have the option of a sitting in the two comfy chairs. Location was convenient for us, and we were able to park right by our door. Easy in and out. We didn't make much use of the kitchen, but it was clean and open. The owners provided enough towels and wash clothes that we didn't have to reuse any if we didn't want to, and I appreciated all of the coat hangers in the closet since there wasn't a dresser. We were able to use the two nice benches to keep the clothes we didn't hang up. And I liked having the little entry way with the hooks. It was easy to stay organized in that space.
Patrick was super nice and his farmers market/ cafe is great. Got to cut my own flowers from his field for free! I would definitely stay there again if in the area.
Farm was georgous and the property felt like home!!!
