Staff were overall unhappy looking, and certainly not welcoming. I'm also disappointed that there was no food offer available. The bar no longer serves food and the restaurant appeared closed. On the plus side, the wifi is fast and reliable.

Fantastic location and sense of being in a special place. Room was in annexe but that was fine, just a short walk across car park, and was reasonably spacious with efficient lift.
