The staff are helpful and did give us an upgrade . But the place is in desperate need for repairs. Showers and toilets don’t work very good , you have to flush multiple times and hard to get a good temperature,grab bar missing bolt ,and the rooms look rough.Ran into other people with the same issues. ...

I would say the photo's oversell this. The rooms are spacious, but walls thin so you can hear everything next door. my 'double room' was in fact 2 singles pushed together, 1 of which was broken and the bathroom was outdated to say the least.
