"It smelled like something somebody was smoking when we pulled in. The parking lot was well let and recently paved. The elevator was broken when we go there. The door to the third floor was very broken and propped open. The room has not been updated in many years. The furniture was worn and the curtain was broken. The ceiling had stairs and cracks and the bathroom had places plastered and not painted and the whole place didn't look super clean. the sink and the toilet were fine. The bed was sunk in and old. I could not adjust the air to make the room cold enough but the AC was working. The breakfast was very limited but ok. Over all I would never stay here again. It was pretty rundown."

"The room was clean and the front desk representatives were nice. However, the room was expensive and we paid more for access to a courtyard and view only for the door to be stuck and unable to open so we couldn't enjoy that. The shower in the room also clogged. We paid more for valet parking as well as and the valet staff never sent me a text or gave me a ticket. They also misplaced my key so I was very worried the whole night. They fortunately found it and we left asap the next morning. For the price, I was very disappointed. There are more professional places nearby with a lower price point."

"The deposit never returned to my account. I booked my reservation online, and during check in i paid 107 dollars for the deposit. After a proper checkout and being told 3-10 days itll return, it didnt. I called to ensure there werent any problems with the room and that the funds were released 2 weeks after not seeing the funds. They ensured the room was fine and the funds were released. To this day i dont have the funds and they blamed my bank. My bank hasnt seen or recovered the funds. "
