Breakfast was bagels with no toaster. The hot tub has been broken for over a month. The shower dripped when you flushed the toilet.

Radisson Blu Mall of America
The room was clean, the beds are comfortable but we couldn’t turn the heat in the room down, so our sleep was terrible. We ate and had drinks at the Firelake restaurant and everything was very enjoyable. The two wait staff seemed very pleasant but rushed ( understaffed for a Saturday night).

Hyatt Regency Bloomington - Minneapolis
Ascetically nice hotel, but the beds were terrible. Extremely low to the ground, the sheets felt like sandpaper and the pillows, basically flat. Had the worst night’s sleep.
