Schönes Hotel mit Wellness

Sehr schönes, komfortables Hotel. Schöner Saunen- und Schwimmbadbereich mit langen Öffnungszeiten. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, leider erst ab 7.30 Uhr. Es war nicht möglich trotz Buffet ein paar Minuten früher beginnen zu können, so dass ich wenig Zeit hatte. Freundlicher Service an der Rezeption.

Old hotel which need an update - but Nice pool

Typical Austrian hotel which need an update. We were not given the Turist card when we checked in which every hotel in town should provide - we got it when we asker for it the next day. The card gives all guests of St Anton 1 day free ride with the lifts, free entrence to the Museum, 2 free hours on a mountain bike etc. Nice pool and relax area. Would chose another hotel next time we are visiting St Anton.

Pleasant stay

Lovely hotel that has been lovingly maintained, although a bit frayed around the edges in the older sections. Clean, but not luxurious, the setting makes it special. The room furnishings were utilitarian and functional. Having a balcony was much appreciated. The beds were extremely comfortable, but the pillows were flimsy/limp and it would have improved the stay vastly to have better bed pillows. Included breakfast was extensive and satisfying. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent quality. Servers in the restaurant, however, seemed unhappy to be there, were generally unfriendly, and slow. The front desk staff were exceedingly friendly and accommodating.

Personal sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht, v.a. im Restaurant. Abendessen HP war sehr gut, ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Eine Auswahl mehr beim Hauptgang wäre gut. Sehr gute Unterhaltung in der Kellerbar. Bad war in Ordnung, aber Zimmer sind sehr sehr klein und könnten mal überholt werden. Wenig Ablagefläche und Ausbreitungsmöglichkeiten für die Skikleidung. Wellnessbereich ordentlich und toll ausgestattet.

Wir hatten den Nassereinerhof für 4 Tage zum Skilaufen gebucht. Der Preis für das Hotel ist relativ hoch, aber halt St. Anton. Das Zimmer war sauber allerdings nicht nur sehr klein, sondern auch Ablageflächen in Zimmer und Bad sowie Haken für z. B. die Bademäntel im Bad fehlten. Das Frühstück war ok, aber mehr auch nicht. Der Saunabereich war sehr schön. 3 Ruheliegen sind jedoch zu wenig für 42 Zimmer. Der Pistenzugang jedoch war nicht wie angegeben direkt vor der Unterkunft, sondern in ca. 300 m Entfernung.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten Lage ca.15 Min.vom Bahnhof entfernt, das Essen und der Service ist sehr gut. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Schwimmbad Sauna und bietet auch Wellness an uvm. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet mit Terrasse... Es lohnt sich wirklich in diesem Gastfreundlichen Hotel Urlaub zu machen...

The car park outside the hotel was full so we were offered their underground car park, which was fine. The main problem is that we weren't told that we had to change lifts to get to our room. In fact we weren't told much at all by the receptionist. But overall the hotel was okay but probably on the expensive side when compared to all the other hotels we stayed in on our route. Probably would look for another hotel if we needed to stay in this area again.

Le camere non corrispondono alle immagini sul sito. Check-in a singhiozzo; siamo arrivati in serata ed abbiamo dovuto attendere perché l'addetta era impegnata al ristorante. Saliti in camera abbiamo constatato che il 3° letto non era pronto, abbiamo avvisato la reception e, nonostante avessimo già aperte le valige, ci hanno spostato in un'altra camera con un bagno minuscolo ma questa volta, mancava la carta igienica, siamo nuovamente scesi alla reception ma, anche in questo caso, abbiamo dovuto attendere poichè l'addetta era impegnata in sala da pranzo. In conclusione, solo dopo 40 minuti

夕食付きのプランで宿泊しましたが、かなり美味しかったです。レストランの横に芝生の広場があり、トランポリンや小さい子供用のサッカーがあり素晴らしかったです。その広場からの景色も絶景でした。 プールとサウナ、エレベーターはリフォーム済みで新品でした。 Wifiがかなり遅いですが、景色がいいのでネットを使わずにのんびり過ごすのがおすすめです。

Elendig og arrogant service

Jeg havde bestilt et tresengsværelse, men blev tildelt et dobbeltværelse med en opredning. Opredningen var elendig at sove på. Da jeg forhørte mig omkring dette, blev jeg mødt af en meget arrogant attitude, som på en meget nedladende måde fortalte mig, at det er den slags værelser man får, nær man bestiller i den kategori. Det kostede jo også kun 17.000 for en uge. Jeg har aldrig mødt så ringe service i St. Anton. Morgenmadsbuffeten var ganske god - klassisk østrigsk. Rigtig god skikælder, hvor det var muligt at bade. Wellness området med pool og sauna er fantastisk. Dette kompenserer kraftigt for den ellers dårlige oplevelse.

Eenvoudig middenklasse hotel

Het hotel heeft een prettige uitstraling maar van binnen is het bijzonder oubollig. Er is een kunststof serre aangebouwd waarin het restaurant zich bevindt. Vrij ongezellig met praktisch Tl-verlichting zo 't lijkt. Je krijgt een plaats aangewezen en over wijziging valt niet te praten met de eigenaresse. Als je voor een Tiroler sfeer gaat moet je beslist niet in dit hotel zijn. Het personeel ziet er armoedig uit, komen vanuit diverse windstreken en spreken zeer slechts Duits of Engels. Er kan geen aardig woordje vanaf noch van hen noch van de eigenaren. Eigenlijk klaagde iedereen wel over hun chagrijnige houding.

Nice 3 star hotel close to ski hill

Very nice clean and conveniently located hotel. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable if one is in St Anton for skiing and using the room to sleep. Breakfast buffet is quite good. Ate a la carte in the hotel restaurant for supper and found it to be very good and competitively priced. Overall would not hesitate to stay here again for a future ski trip.

Das Hotel ist für Skiferien super, da es nahe der Talstation der Gondelbahn liegt. Vom Essen waren wir leider etwas enttäuscht, da es nicht immer genügend warm war... für den Preis hätten wir mehr erwartet.
