"Arrogant...Worst Hotel experience I've ever had. Did not honor my reservation even though it was ALREADY paid for on Thanksgiving night. Unfriendly Front desk agent who obviously wasn't trained properly in customer service, argued with me for 40 plus minutes. Hotel was less than 1/2 full. Said I needed to pay again for a room I already paid for...?..... what?
Condescending, patronizing, snobbish and disdainful attitude is what they were serving here for Thanksgiving."

"Guy at desk when walking in door was very helpful. I was there for a concert and hie directed me in the right direction. The Bar staff down stairs was amazing. They explained food menu and was informative on on surrounding area. It was a great experience. "

10/10 Excellent
"Responded quickly to questions about entry. Home was clean and comfortable. Love the backyard and patio areas. Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable stay for my daughter's wedding. "
"Kitchen was dirty and the bathtubs/window sills in the bath were not clean. The sills were filthy with hair and dirt. Kitchen cabinets had a broken cabinets not much to cook with. I was with the The bedrooms and kitchen as they were spacious. Very old this towels for bath were left on the bed. The outside gutters were overflowing. The front and back stoops were full of leaves and sticks. The driveway was not blown. The yard had weeds. Paint is chipping and peeling inside. The manager was easy to communicate with but I didn’t inform him of what was wrong because I was super busy with an event and guests coming. There was an expired phone number and sign that I instructed who to call if you needed someone and it was an outdate number so I communicated through the nice property manager. "
"The pros: the location is ideal. Whatever your plans in Huntsville, you’ll be close by. Very near shopping, restaurants, bars and entertainment .I brought my dogs, and they loved having a pet-friendly stay with a huge back yard to explore. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The cons: The HVAC was not up to the 90-degree heat. When it rained, the window in the dining room leaked. We found a pair of men’s underwear a prior guest left and felt like the bathrooms hadn’t been sanitized in a while. The worst was the kitchen, where we found ants and rat droppings in the cupboards. We actually planned to cook, so we bought cookware and forks at Walmart and hand washed everything else before we used it. I scrubbed counters before I cooked because I didn’t trust that anything in the kitchen was clean. At 1200 for a weekend, working AC and a clean kitchen should have been a given. We reported the issues to the host and were assured that they would take care of it. However, nothing was done to resolve the issues during our stay."
