"This is our 2nd stay at the Hyatt Centric in Murano, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Venice. The waterbus stop is right outside the hotel, the shops are right outside the hotel, there are at least 8 restaurants within 200m of the hotel! It's clean, bright and modern, with lovely facilities and excellent staff. "

"Hotel is clean modern and conveniently located right across the train station. One stop away from Venice. Disappoint with their advertised laundry service that actually is not available on Saturday or sundays. Also, They have breakfast available for a fee ( not included in the hotel fee). "

"Loved this hotel! It's a beautiful old building and we had a lovely room that opened onto a balcony. It's right on the grand canal and short walking distance to the train station. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was very good. 30 minutes walk to St. Mark's square. You can't go wrong here"
