Welcome to our newly remodeled 3BR/2BA home with modern luxury furnishings, washer/dryer, parkings, business class Internet and wifi 6 coverage perfect setup for work from home or staycation. Centrally located in the heart of downtown Lancaster, walking distance to the BLVD coffee shops, and restaurants, movie theaters, and minutes away from Hwy 14 entrance!
We are committed to make sure your stay is enjoyable so please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything!
Our 3BR/2BA home is completely remodeled in 2022. It offers a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, luxurious modern furnishings, AC, laundry room, smart TV with spectrum TV services, fast mesh network WiFi (~450Mbps), comfortable memory foam queen bed, etc. The house will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.
You will be able to self check-in with smart lock, but please confirm your reservation and checkin instruction and ask any question beforehand, especially when you plan to checkin really late - we might be at sleep.
An unique virtual key will be generated automatically for the duration of your stay. The key will be valid starting at 3:00pm of the check-in date and expired at 11:00am on the check-out date.
To ensure we have a safe and secure place for everyone staying with us. Your door will be automatically locked in 30 seconds. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 around the perimeters of the house. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us through the app if there are any changes in advanced.
Please note, you will be sharing the backyard with guests from a separate Airbnb unit which is a completely detached guest house. However, you will barely notice if there is anyone there since the unit has a completely separate entrance and fence yard. Finally, our backyard is still work in progress, we are currently planning on the dream outdoor space. You might occasionally see our landscaper come in and work on the yard on the weekly basis.

Okay Rental
The place was not as nice as the pictures. It was an older house that appears to have been renovated. It was not clean when we arrived. One of the rooms has no air conditioning vent so it was not comfortable for my family member who stayed in it. Good point to note. Once I notified the owner of the cleanliness issue, he apologized and refunded $100 of the rent. I do recommend using this property. However, be aware of it's issues.

Awful experience
This property is located in an undesirable neighborhood for VRBO rental standards. We were unable to stay due to the strong cleaning chemical odor in the house. We experienced eye irritation and throat burning sensations. We contacted the owners and they came to the property but could not resolve the issues. Aside from that, the house was not clean and the kitchen appliances were too dirty to use. The couch was broken and one of the bathrooms was mis-represented; it was part of a laundry room. We were in town to attend a funeral service and had to find other accommodations at the last minute.
