"First of all I had to pay 20$ to get in one hour early. Never had to do that. The girl was rude. Also our room smelled like fish. We bought 2 bottles of febreese that did t even help. Is there any compensation for these issues?? Please let me know. Thanks Expedia. "

"The room was clean and the restaurants were great, the pool on the other hand was a little outdated and very loud with children playing and going in and out of the hottub. I feel if they are going to have the prices of a high end spa there should be a separate area for children and other hotel guests. It completely ruined my zen with the spa. "

They got us an early check in and late check out so that timing worked out for our 2yo to get a full nap. The wonderful lady at the front desk even went out of her way to get milk for me when my little guy was having a meltdown. Stay there. Their service alone is worth the money. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean as well."

"The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. The mirror had dust and the floor wasn’t clean which makes you wonder how well the room was cleaned. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice."
