pleasant stay
Great stay. House keeper was very friendly and gave me a quiet room as requested. Hotels.com had some issues with the hotel as my booking did not show up on the hotel's system. But the manager of the hotel was really kind to let me stay as per reserved while she looked into the problem with the agent directly.
