"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Apchat dans la maison familiale de Corentin. Nous avions réservé cette maison pour passer quelques jours entre amis, et faire découvrir un morceau d'auvergne. La maison est très bien équipée, la terrasse ensoleillée nous a permis de profiter pleinement de l'extérieur et de la fin de l'été (nous avons même vu un certain nombre d'étoiles filantes !). De nombreuses balades sont accessibles en partant à pied directement de la maison. Corentin a été disponible...

Beaucoup d’équipements pour la cuisine, pour les loisirs (jeux de société, jeux pour l’extérieur, lecture, musique,) Le gîte est très propre, bien meublé intérieur, extérieur. Un vrai plus, les animaux sont acceptés et gâtés, un petit enclos permet de laisser les animaux en liberté. Très bon accueil des hôtes et la région est très belle."

En plus certaines assiettes étaient ébréchées.Souci avec la cafetière, le chauffage : radiateurs qui faisaient beaucoup de bruit malgré une purge et il faisait trop chaud dans la maison problème de réglage du chauffage. Bouilloire à lacher en cours de séjour. Plancher qui couine. Il y a des améliorations à apporter. Maison dans son jus des années 70. Par contre bonne literie. "
