"The Franciscan Order nuns are a delight. We enjoyed their beautiful singing at the evening worship service before dinner. The bathroom for our room was small and a wet room, so we had to wipe everything dry, after taking a shower. The beds were comfortable and the overall setting was very peaceful."

"Palazzo Perugia ist genau das was der Name verspricht. Man befindet sich in einem wunderschönen alten Herrenhaus mit hohen Decken, Steinböden, herrschaftlicher Küche. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Holzfensterläden innen super zum Verdunkeln. Der Garten und der Ausblick lassen einen einfach nur genießen. Der Pool ist riesig und nicht tief, ideal zum drin spielen, er wurde zweimal gesäubert. Die Liegen sind so leicht dass sie problemlos an schattigere Orte getragen werden können. Die Tischtennisplatte ist gut geschützt und wurde ständig bespielt. Wir haben das Angebot eines Dinners und einer Pastaklasse angenommen und hatten tolle reichhaltige leckere Erlebnisse mit Riccardo und Elena. Die Eigentümerin Farzana hat immer sehr schnell reagiert und auch unsere Wunsch nach einem Tag Verlängerung wegen Brennersperrung war absolut problemlos. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter Andrea war nett und unkompliziert.Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist ein teilweise sehr holpriger Feldweg, darauf sollte man sich einstellen, aber es lohnt sich!!"

"An amazing property in a wonderful location and we could not have had any better treatment and communication from our host Luca. Very family friendly and fabulous pool also. We would definitely love to go back."

"The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The room did not include any tea or coffee facilities, which I would consider a basic expectation for a four-star hotel. I also requested an iron but was informed that one was not available and that I would need to pay €5 for a shirt to be ironed instead. On a positive note, the breakfast was of good quality and the staff were very friendly. However, I would choose to stay at a different hotel on my next visit."

"We were looking for a quiet and tranquil location and this is it. Wonderful views from the magnificant gardens which surround the tastefully restored monastery. The exterior and interior have been tastefully renovated to the highest standard and our room was perfect. Yet the main contribution to our stay was the warmth and oustanding service that we received from the whole service team. We loved this hotel; we have travelled all around Europe and feel this is the best we have stayed in."
