Staff very polite and helpful. Pool guys paid utmost attention to us, coming to move our parasol whenever the sun moved the shade away without us ever asking. Reception were very polite and changed our room when we wanted to swap for the one we wanted. And also extended late checkout free of charge. Hotel was really nice. Room and private garden was amazing!
