The accomodation is located 2 km from the sea and 5 minutes from the international airport, central railway station, highway junction A2 Lamezia Terme, long-distance bus lines, city bus stops, taxicab stations and car rental. Many other beaches are accessible in 10/15 minutes, all with availability of ample parking. Are easily reachable many wonderful places such as: Pizzo Calabro, Tropea, Soverato, Copanello, Amantea, Paola, Fiumefreddo Bruzio, Bagnara, Scilla, etc.. You get to the center of Lamezia in 10 m; to Catanzaro in 30 m; to Cosenza in 45 m; to Reggio Calabria in 60 m. (we are available to suggest itineraries).

Guests are allowed access (as well as, of course, to the flat) to the common areas: corridor, staircase, patio in front of the facility's main entrance and private courtyard, where a parking space is always reserved, free of charge, for guests travelling independently with their own vehicles.
