Idylle pur
Das kleine Appartement bietet alles, was man für eine Woche Urlaub benötigt. Es ist alles sehr sauber, die Matratzen sind neu und sehr bequem. Sämtliche Fotos entsprechen der Realität, vor allem der Ausblick, der auch bei tief hängenden Wolken ein Traum ist!!! Einziges Makel die Duschsituation: Duschwanne (ohne Vorhang!) unter der Dachschräge, duschen nur im Sitzen oder Hocke möglich oder aber in gebückter Haltung. Schlecht für Gehandicapte (z.B. Rücken/Hüfte/Knie). Ich hatte nach dem ersten Duschen leider einen "Hexenschuss"... Nichtsdestotrotz ist Erholung im Himmelreich einfach vorprogrammiert - wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!!! Vielen Dank auch dem sehr netten Gastbetreuer "Stefan", der u.a. reichlich Ausflug-/Gastronomietips parat hat.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, es hat an nichts gemangelt. Außerdem hat man vor Ort sehr nette Betreuung.

Einfach zum Entspannen
Das ich nun schon zum vierten Mal im Himmelreich war, spricht für sich. Klein aber fein, mehr brauche ich persönlich nicht. Einfach der Ausblick ist ne Wucht und ich kann mich hier absolut entspannen.Es ist alles da was man braucht und der Gästebetreuer Stefan, ist wie immer hilfsbereit, lustig, freundlich und hat zahlreiche Tips den schönen Bayrischen Wald zu erkunden. Für mich ist klar, ich komme wieder!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Mein Mann und ich haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung genossen. Wir hatten super Wetter, so dass wir viel unternehmen konnten. Zwei Kleinigkeiten haben wir, die wir nicht so schön fanden, mit denen man aber leben kann: 1. Es gibt nur eine Badewanne ohne Duschwand. 2. Da man nur die Balkontür öffnen kann, gibt es keinen Durchzug. Aber es hat uns nicht den Urlaub verdorben. Wir hatten nachts die Balkontür auf. Dann war die Wohnung morgens schön kühl und voller frischer Luft. Und geduscht haben wir meistens, nachdem wir für eine Stunde im Osserbad waren. Da konnte man nämlich mit der Osserbad plus Gästekarte umsonst rein. Auch die Verwaltung von Stefan war super. Man muss sich nur drauf einlassen. Er ist seit über 10 Jahren die Seele des Hauses und weiß sooo viel über Lam und die Umgebung. Ohne ihn hätten wir nicht so einen schönen Urlaub erlebt. Er kennt versteckte Parkplätze oder auch Geheimtipps zum Essen. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.

Die FeWo ist klein aber gemütlich und komplett und sehr funktional ausgestattet. Klasse Aussicht! Ein Betreuer im Haus schafft Übersicht und hilft bei kleinen Fragen, super. Alles, wie es sein sollte.

Erholung pur!
Schon beim Buchen der Wohnung hat mich das Panorama beeindruckt welches auf den Fotos zu sehen ist und in "echt" ist es einfach traumhaft. Da kann man nur auf dem Balkon sitzen und staunen! Die Wohnung selber ist zwar klein, aber fein und für 2 Personen ausreichend. Ein wenig muss man sich mit der Enge der Kochnische arrangieren, aber dieser Ausblick, die tollen Wandermöglichkeiten,die Gegend Lamer Winkel, die Luft - all das ist einfach so viel mehr wert als die Größe der Kochnische. Der Gästebetreuer war absolut freundlich, symphatisch und immer bereit Fragen zu beantworten! Das hat mir als alleinreisende enorm geholfen und ist mir in dieser Form noch nie begegnet! Ich kann diese Wohnung mit ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen und möchte gerne wieder kommen. Danke für die schöne Zeit die ich im Himmelreich erleben durfte!

Lage Top , Appartment nicht gut geschnitten , möglichkeit selbst etwas zu kochen schlecht , Raumaufteilung bzw. Stzgelegenheit zum Frühstücken / Essen sehr sehr begrenzt.
