I truly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Everyone is well trained and educated. I like that the hotel is strategic where I can find restaurant and coffee shop for working. It's also near Patan Durbar Square. One little thing is that, I don't know if it is in the SOP, staff should ask a guest whether they want their room to be cleaned and towel to be changed everyday or every other day. Especially for the guest that are staying more than 2/3 days. I think it is going to be another added value to the hotel.
