Scott's place was perfect overflow for our family reunion. While we didn't get to avail ourselves of the full features of the property, the teenage boys enjoyed the pool table and fishing in the ponds (all fish released). Looking forward to staying again.

Spacious and secluded

This property is amazing! it is peaceful and secluded The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated and the furniture and beds are very comfortable . my grandchildren enjoyed fishing in the ponds . My family and I had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend!

Our family had a lovely long weekend at this property. The back deck was spacious and the fire pit a lot of fun! We did a lot of fishing in the front pond and also enjoyed the front porch. The kitchen was fully stocked and the rooms were comfortable, well done and very clean. The large living room was spacious and accommodated our large family with no problem. The basement game room was very fun and well used, as was the massage chair! Do not be afraid to rent this home, you will truly enjoy yourself to the fullest! Also, this property being pet friendly was a bonus, we were able to bring our older dog so she could enjoy the fenced in back yard and also loved swimming in the pond. It truly was a joy watching her be a young pup again!

Wonderful experience

My siblings and I , along with our children, stayed in the home while visiting our parents for the holidays who live right down the street. It was the perfect place to stay for a few nights. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were spacious and the living room was a great place to gather around the wood burning fireplace. The owner was so accommodating and quick to respond with any questions. Will definitely stay here again.

Family vacations

We really enjoyed our stay at this residence. We were a large family group with 7 children, and we had a great time. We didn't need to go to other places to entertain the children; we fished, played volleyball, soccer, and rode bicycles. The property has enough space to do all these activities. Highly recommended if you need to go to the Poconos to relax with family.

Lake House for a Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Lakeville. The house was large enough to accommodate our family and we had plenty of room to spread out. The proximity to Lake Wallenpaupak made fishing the lake convenient however, we also enjoyed the ability to fish the two ponds on the property. We did have an issue with losing the hot water in the house after the first day. The property manager was responsive to our messages and offered to have a plumber come out the next day. We would definitely consider staying at this property again. We had a great time.

You won't be disappointed with your stay at this beautiful home. Fully stocked kitchen, super clean house, comfortable beds, ponds filled with fish, plenty of space for everyone to find a place to gather or a moment or two of peace and quiet. Scott checked in to make sure we found everything ok and if we needed anything. Really hated leaving this little slice of heaven in PA.

The house was wonderful and comfortably accommodated my large family. We had a great time using the outdoor space and really enjoyed our time there. It was quiet enough to get away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to grocery stores and other places. Check-in was also easy and the host was very communicative.

This was our second stay at this scenic property and outstanding housing.Our initial stay was in 2024. We knew we had to return again upon leaving in 2024.The beautiful house and property remain clean and the surroundings remain quiet.The basement is now finished with a unique epoxy flooring. Also added was a pool table and shuffle board. Along with various other games complemented with a flat screen TVOur host was a Great communicator and upon arrival we found the entire house clean.There is no question that we will be returning soon!Sincerely,The Perone Family

Family New Year

The picture perfect driveway entrance to the property was breathtaking and the inside of the property was better than we had expected, and the host was always in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed and to address any concerns we are overjoyed with our experience.
