The entire main house is available for guests. There is a mother-in-law style apartment attached next door but it is separate. There are no shared spaces inside the home but outdoor areas are shared: parking lot, supply garage, yard, beach, dock, and fire pit are all shared.

ALL lake activities and exercise equipment must be under adult supervision, children under the age of 18 shall not exercise equipment or swim/play in lake without adult supervision AND authorization.
