Good but not good
The house was better than expected inside. The upstairs were a bit awkward, but expected. I submitted questions four times in the weeks prior to arrival, but didn't get a response until the second day of our stay. BTW you have to supply your own wood for the fireplace and the BBQ is not accessible in the winter. Bummer that I planned meals meant for the BBQ. Also, the stairs were treacherous, not maintained at all and the deck was just 5 feet of icy snow.

Great home, horrible management company
Loved the home!! Next time we will be prepared to clean the place when we get there again (gross = dog hair and little pieces of trash n dust everywhere, towels were black when I wiped the floor), be prepared with a shovel to get through the 6 foot wall to the stairs, dig a literal hallway through and up the stairs to the door, and then not have internet or home phone access to get ahold of vacasa. Having an infant I wanted access to call 911 if necessary. When my husband finally got ahold of someone they said they would send someone next week (we were there for a weekend). I never write reviews but I wanted others to be prepared for a fantastic place that you may not be able to get into or get assistance if needed. Fantastic amenities and the owners did a great job on bed layout and lots of games n kitchen utensils but management sucks!!

Quiet neighborhood, had almost all amenities needed. Theres no cable, to relax and catch up on shows missed because of busy schedules. But there is DVD's. At this point and time there should be smart tv's everywhere, it would have been easier stay. Called vacasa more than a couple times, no real person answer, good thing it wasn't an emergency. Lots of dust and dander, congested every day. Lots of snow. Good backyard view.

We had a great time! Only thing I can say needs improvement is, overall deep cleaning of the floors, rugs and under furniture (also lots of spider webs). Our white socks were black!!!

Excellent home to stay in!
This house was super clean, comfortable, and big enough for my large family. Great location, very close to China Peak! We went skiing two of the days, and out to lunch, and sledding the last day at Shaver Lake. My kids had so much fun! It was nice being able to relax at the end of the day in such a well cared for home! We will definitely be back next year!

It was a great stay. Everything was covered in snow it was beautiful. A couple of things everyone complained about in the house was the pillows and WiFi. But it kept us off the our phones and we enjoyed each other’s company.

Excellent location for skiing
We had a great trip. The cabin is perfectly located for a ski trip to China Peak. We would definitely go again. Only complaint is there wasn’t any wood provided and we called ahead and was told wood would be provided. Also, the gas BBQ grill has seen better days and definitely needs to be replaced.

Great “base camp” for active Families
House was clean & well supplied. Some confusion on lock box code(s) supplied by Vacasa. Also sone confusion about checking out (mixed messages about doing laundry before checking out). All beds are on 2nd floor & the bedrooms stayed pretty warm/hot all night- only 1 small fan for 2 private sleeping rooms-one fan smelled like it was burning when we turned it in so we didn’t use it. But we adjusted (bring your own fan to make sure you get air movement up there in summer- I forgot to do that). We enjoyed hiking, mountain biking, and lots of swimming & kayaking at the lake- locations to trailheads & the lake are short & beautiful drives from the house. We all enjoyed our time there & would come again & stay longer.

Mini family vacation
Check in upon arrival was easy with accessing a lock box to get the house key. The cabin is lovely and feels very homey. It is stocked with plenty of amenities including kitchenware, plenty of pots and pans, towels, TONS of board games and toys for family and kids. All sleeping arrangements are upstairs and so is access in to the cabin so it is not handicap friendly if someone has difficulty getting up stairs. Downstairs there is plenty of seating with a large sectional couch, love seat and recliner in the living room. There is a nice patio with a gas grill if you plan to bbq. The neighboring cabins were pretty close to one another but you still have a sense of privacy. The neighborhood is nice for a walk. Everything was great and I highly recommend this cabin!

Family Summer Vacation
This house was very equipped and accommodated a big crowd. Our kids were camping but joined us for dinner nightly. It was a perfect house for feeding a large group. The sleeping arrangements are a bit tight and the upstairs sleeping areas could use more ventilation but all in all this house is great!

Mini getaway from the city
Large cabin that fitted 11 people, just a few minor issue that I had problem, the floor was very dirty, when we lift our feet it’s dark with dirt and other dogs fur but everything in the house was equip for us. My kids had enjoyed the books, the games and the movies. It was very peaceful and quiet around the neighborhood, overall it was pretty ok.

Wonderful cabin
This cabin is perfect. Spacious, cozy and well equipped. However, the sheets weren't changed and there was a load of dirty towels in the washer. The overall stay was perfect! We will definitely come back next year and stay here. Snow right in the back yard was an added plus. Great stay!

Would of been nice to know that Lakeshore was doing there monthly no electricity it was off from 9am to 5pm and then 3am to noon the next day. We could of been better prepared for it but over all it was good and the place was very nice.
