"The room was clean but the carpet was somewhat worn. It was nice to have the room cleaned and the bed made daily. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. The big issues were the very low water pressure to the point that we had a problem showering. We asked to change rooms but were told the hotel was full. The shower head was changed but it didn’t help. Also after they changed the aerator on the kitchen sink to improve the water pressure, we had a black substance in the water from both the kitchen & bathroom sinks. It appeared to resolve after running the water for a while. They changed the aerators on both sinks again but we would not drink the water in the room. We had to ask for bottled water. "

"Overall our stay was very nice!! The pool had limited sun due to the building obstructing it, bet the area was nice, clean and had a grill area. The free laundry facility was a great amenity! If I had any complaint it would be the shower head was a bit strong, sensitive skin or a child would not have done well with that. Very nice stay, I would go back there. It was a little difficult navigating to the hotel."

"Staff was helpful and nice. Clogged toilet they took care of right away. Room smelled, hair in the bed, on the floor, on the towels. Sketchy area is a motel not a hotel. Pool was closed by the state. "

"The weather is great. The hotel was nice and close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The pool was awesome and super clean. My room was super clean and the staff was so friendly and accommodating every minute."

"It wasn't what we expected from the pictures and for the off-season price of $155/night. Furniture and Tv were old and crappy except the King matress was ok. Bathroom was cheaply remodeled. Pool was closed. This is a motel not really an hotel; breakfast was very limited, not healthy. Location was ok, lots of eating options around. I exptected Expedia to screen hotel listed but clearly this is not the case. Only stayed because we were exploring Marco island and Sanibel island so basiclly used the hotel for sleeping. But will not return and would not recommended it. Some staff like Jasmine front desk and the cleaning ladies were nice others not friendly at all."
