"Overall, we were happy with our stay. Our room and the property itself was clean. Aside from the person who checked us in every other person we interacted with for staff was great. Person who checked us in didn’t even acknowledge us with the hello or a smile, simply said license and credit card when we were checking in and used that information to confirm my name on the reservation. Assuming she must’ve just been having a bad day. While the TV in our room did work, the screen was pixelated no matter what channel we had it on. Fortunately, we didn’t have a whole lot of time in the room where TV was a priority. While I am mentioning a couple of opportunities, it did not affect my overall stay and I would definitely stay here again just because of the hotels cleanliness."

"We appreciated the fact that the resort was quiet and very clean. The bedding was very luxurious and comfortable. The room that we had, though I didn't request it, was handicap accessible. We didn't use any other facilities because our niece has a house on the lake so we went there during the day."
