Front desk was so nice know we had a rude customer come in behind me and my girlfriend perfect customer service we will booking next week thank you again
Beds were Comfortable and room was clean. It took almost 40 min to check in, then she asked me to inspect room and come back and continue the check in. Room was dated, but clean. Facility was run down, you get what u pay for. It seemed like most people lives there.
The staff was pleasant. That's about the best I can say the room condition wasn't great, people outside the room drinking in smoking area not really causing problems but had little kids running up and down the balcony past our room pretty late at night around midnight making noise, the pool was out of order, the ice machine didn't work, the sink kept filling up and not draining, a room on our floor didn't even have window glass just plastic sheets up and there where people staying in that room, it just wasn't a good atmosphere and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Decent and the newly renovated rooms are great
I stayed in a double bed room (not recently renovated) with my dog. She loved having her own bed and the treats from the employees. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are renovations currently underway in some areas of the building but other than that the long term residents are friendly and respectful of the space. I had no issues, no bugs, Roku, and the microwave-air fryer combo in the room was super handy. I actually stayed again a few days later (renovated room 💯)

Give that man a raise
If you need a place to sleep, this works. Fridge is a decent size, room was clean, but no toilet paper (would have been nice to know that wasn't provided). I would give the guy working 5 stars because it appeared that he was the front desk clerk and cleaning crew all on his own.
Property charges did not happen as per travelocity's policy. I was charged for the whole stay before I even checked in. Travelocity's "deposit" structure was not followed. The room was very clean. The lobby looked like an industrial facility and not like a motel lobby. The bare concrete floor was unkept, uneven and dirty. The TV in the room kept "disconnecting" from their wifi system. The MW door was stuck close and I couldn't take out my heated food. There was not maintenance staff during the weekend. So, essentially my first night was a nightmare.
The room was dirty. The kind of dirty that makes you not want to touch anything. The bed was clean and comfortable. There was no trash can in our room. The TV didn't ever work.I had paid for a room for our friend who had to have surgery and couldn't come.
The desk wouldn't let me use the room for anyone else or even answer hotels.com when they called to request a refund for his room. I know it was non-refundable but have had good luck in the past when there has been circumstances beyond my control. We were there for 5 days. Nothing was done to refresh the room. No fresh towels. The beautiful pool was locked up. Our $100.00 damage fee was not refunded. I hope everyone's experience was not that horrible. The hotel could be nice with just a little customer service and soap and water.
A picture is worth a thousand words, and the images of the room my family and I were assigned just weeks ago speak volumes. Based on our experience, we departed after spending less than two hours in the room during our five-day, four-night reservation. Therefore, I recommend considering an alternative hotel that offers more value for a comparable price. This establishment lacks a welcoming atmosphere; from the initial interaction in the lobby, the so-called 'manager' does not seem inclined to engage with guests. While the staff member who assisted with check-in was kind and attentive. Yes, I had to wait to check in for my "party" to be present like waiting on a table at a restaurant. The drive to the room instilled a sense of urgency to secure the door and conceal even the pennies in my cup holder. Upon entering the room, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority, with dirt present on the windows and walls, literally, "from the window to the walls".
When considering hotel options, safety should be a priority; this establishment falls short. The absence of surveillance cameras raises concerns. Overall atmosphere is uninviting. Comfort is another critical factor, and this location fails as well. One cannot help but feel unclean, like pests lurking or something might fall from the ceiling at any moment. Value offered here is lacking. In comparison, the Howard Johnson by Wyndham is similar price point but offers better amenities, more safety, and a cleaner environment.

DO NOT STAY at this property!!! We checked in at 6:00pm and was escorted to our room to confirm everything was up to par. We walked up to the room with the representative SAGE, the widow drapes were open so you can see the inside. We were appalled to see the room was not clean no sheets on the bed, the dirty sheets and quilts were balled up on the table. No towels or towels. They asked us to come back later so they can get everything ready. We returned at 10:00 pm to find only 2 towels for 4 people. We went down to reception as there are no phones in the room to call for service. We were informed there were only 2 towels left and that we were lucky they found those. Have you ever heard of this??? To make it worse we attempted to watch tv which was not working so once again we had to go down to reception. They sent maintenance up to help…wait until you hear this….he told us they ran out of cable wire for the tv’s that were installed. I couldn’t make this up if I tried. At this point it was 11:30pm and we had no choice but to stay. We woke up to check out and asked for a manger. Apparently Managers don’t work on the weekend. We were told only corporate can help and was given the phone number. Needless to say they were no help as they don’t even answer the phone. This listing should be removed from Expedia!!!
Where do I start….the lady at check-in, Kate, was very nice and she said that she had upgraded me for the 2 nights that I was staying there. The room did not seem like an upgrade: it did have a microwave and 3/4 size refrigerator, but the front door would not lock upon exit from the room (they did come out the next day to resolve), but the TV never worked and I asked them to change batteries in the remote. They did, but the TV never was able to turn on - I’m surprised that they didn’t check it before they left. The hotel property is, I believe, a Section 8 property as there were a constant mix of people milling about the parking lot at all hours and a lot of grubby, noisy kids roaming the passageways constantly. Very noisy. Also, a lot of homeless folks are camped out directly in front of the property at an abandoned car wash. They sleep in the bays. No front desk personnel after I checked in - a note on the door said the front lobby doors are inop, but still no sign of anyone even as the sign says to go around the corner to the security window. The beds have mattresses that are shot in my “upgraded” room and not even a plastic cup! No chair at all, just two queen beds. Upgrade must be a relative term. Noisy people staying there - my second night I was awakened by loud, drunk or stoned, people making a ton of noise with no regard for others. I will never in my worst moment ever stay at this property again! I would rather sleep in my car.
Staff not up to par tv wasnt working the restroom had a vent not secure and light on the other side of the wall looking into the shower area ! I would strongly not recommend a stay here to anyone i asked for action i was denied

The room was bare minimum (not even a glass for water) but was reasonably clean. The bathroom was very old with some rust and shower and sink handles badly damaged.
The digital login procedure feels like you're being processed by the police.
It was an okay experience overall, just disappointed that I was docked $50 from my deposit even though I left the room in the same condition it started.
