The Space:

Lakeland's warm Florida sunshine greets you year-round, and this single-level pool home is built to take full advantage of every hour of it. Whether you're unwinding poolside, cooking together in a wide-open kitchen, or settling in for a slow evening on the screened lanai, the rhythm here is easy - and that's entirely the point. It's the kind of space where eight guests can spread out comfortably and still find themselves gravitating back together.

 

Living space

The heart of the home is an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that keeps everyone connected without crowding anyone. Natural light moves through the space freely, and the layout flows without interruption - no stairs, no split levels, just easy, single-floor living. A TV anchors the living area for movie nights, and there's always room to pull up a chair and linger after a meal.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms sleep up to eight guests across five beds, arranged to suit a mix of travelers. The primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom - a private retreat at the end of the day. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, while the fourth is fitted with twin-over-twin bunk beds, ideal for younger guests or a flexible sleeping setup. With three full bathrooms shared across the group, mornings run smoothly.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything a group needs to cook properly - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, baking sheet, and all the cooking basics, dishes, and silverware to get a real meal on the table. The kitchen island provides extra seating and a natural gathering spot, while the dining table brings everyone together for shared meals.

 

Outdoor living

Step through to the screened lanai and the private pool and hot tub come into full view. The screened enclosure keeps the space comfortable and protected, whether you're swimming laps, soaking in the spa, or simply sitting under the covered patio with something cold to drink. An outdoor dining area rounds out the space, making al fresco meals an easy option any evening.

 

Work & connectivity

A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi make this home a practical base for remote work, extended stays, or relocation visits. Long-term stays are welcome - 28 days or more - and the home is professionally managed to ensure everything runs smoothly from check-in onward. The host greets you on arrival, and a private entrance means you come and go on your own schedule.

 

Practical details

Garage parking is included at no extra cost. In-home laundry - washer, dryer, and iron - handles the practical side of longer visits. The home is equipped with exterior security cameras (Ring doorbell, front and rear), smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Bed linens, clothing storage, and cleaning products are all provided.

 

Sitting between Tampa and Orlando, Lakeland puts you close to two major metro areas while offering the breathing room and pace of a smaller city. Whether you're here for a sports tournament, a family gathering, or an extended work trip, this home gives you everything you need to settle in properly.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The home offers driveway parking and easy access to major roadways connecting Lakeland to Tampa, Orlando and surrounding attractions.



Lakeland’s central location makes it a convenient base for exploring both coasts while returning to a relaxed residential setting.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

$500 refundable security deposit, or

$22 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped per stay)



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.

Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 26+.



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes government-issued ID, selfie verification and signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.

• $200 cleaning reset for extended stays (includes refresh cleaning, trash removal and fresh linens)
