"I think the best staff is experience since a long time! We had a small pet dog; she was welcomed and given a dog-welcome pack at the reception, super friendly staff also at the breakfast room. The property is a bit “old”/outdated but the staff friendliness and helpfulness more than compensated for that."

"Great location just a short walk from the main street and across the river from museums. The bed/room was tight but easily manageable for two. The only real issue we had was the room got hot because it's so small. Cleanest bathrooms and showers we've seen. We'd absolutely stay here again if the AC was colder"

"Room was clean, quite small but nothing you can't handle. Some street noise did come through the window, but otherwise a very quiet stay. Breakfast was nice and plentiful."

"I see a lot of reviews that bemoan a worn-down hotel with threadbare carpets or cracked tile. I feel those reviews, but I also consider how much it costs to update things that people break, even in your own house. This hotel was perfectly serviceable and it was very affordable when I needed it. The bed was comfortable, it was relatively quiet for a downtown area, and the location was great."
