Our stay was just fantastic, the bungalow is charming and quaint but most impressive is the host is just thought of everything! Location is walking distance to everything, we definitely coming back!
The host is super friendly and informative about the area!! Awesome recommendations for places to eat and visit!! The bungalow was perfect! Well equipped with all the necessities and extras!!
This house was perfect. It was cozy and clean. It had everything we needed. There were even drinks in the fridge and soaps in the shower to use. It is close to a lot of restaurants. It was a 10 min walk to the college. The couch was comfy enough that I took a nap one afternoon on it :) The area was quiet which we did appreciate. It was a wonderful weekend getaway. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!
We had a great stay in the Lake Morton historic district. The house is very cute and was perfect for me, my husband, and our two dogs. Great location and a great host!
Great location in Lakeland. Coffee shop and local restaurants within walking distance. Cozy and clean property and the hosts are very friendly and communicative.
We absolutely fell in love with this home away from home. Amazing check in, so clean, great neighborhood. The owner is so responsive and they didn't miss anything as far as all the extras that make you feel welcome right down to cotton balls and tips!
The owner calls it 'Paradise' and there is a good reason why!!
Everything was just perfect and there is no room for improvement.Great neighborhood. Close to shopping, restaurants, LAL airport.I will be coming back to Paradise!! ....
Great location and great property! Stephen checked in with us and made sure we had everything we needed. He also gave great recommendations of the area and was super responsive. We were close to all Lakeland had to offer and what we enjoy. Great biking, jogging, and hiking. Close to area attractions and a lot of hidden gems for eating and drinks. Would most definitely stay again.
Cozy, quiet and comfortable place located in a great area. Almost everything you could want/need is there for you. Host communication was excellent. You will not regret staying here.
We had a great stay at Stephen’s house! The home was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The house is small, but plenty of space for our family and four, plus our fur baby! Lakeland was a charming town, almost centrally located between Tampa and Orlando, perfect for us to do a quick trip to Busch Gardens and Sea World. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in the area.
I had a wonderful experience staying at the arbnb. The home was very clean and smelled great. The neighborhood is very quiet, a wonderful area just to get away for the weekend. Lake Morton was beautiful and to see all the different types of birds was awesome. Stephen was a wonderful host and very helpful to me. I most definitely will be coming back to this home.
Lovely little cottage, just 2 blocks from Lake Morton. Very clean. Good restaurant within walking distance, quiet neighborhood. Overall , very nice experience for my wife and myself.
Loved this property! The only thing I would suggest is to get a dehumidifier. The room ac units kept the rooms cool but it was a little humid. Thanks for offering such a great space!
A very. nice cottage right in the historic district of Lakeland. You can walk anywhere. Great communication with the hosts. Highly recommended. Will definitely return in the future.
Words can not express what a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend our family enjoyed! This was made possible by our gracious host who provided a perfect stay. There is so much to see and do with this adorable bungalow being near to everything! Other towns and cities are just a hop, skip and a jump away! We hope to return again! Thank you! Semper Fi!
Beautiful outdoor space and backyard, nice big master bedroom. Great location for getting from Fresno and to Yosemite. There were minor things that it seems like the property owner is aware of and trying to fix, not enough to reduce the score, but still a bit annoying.None of these were major issues, but it felt like for what we paid, the house needed a good once-over to check for those little things. I felt like I was reporting this stuff to the property owner and I wasn't trying to be a pest, but I genuinely wasn't sure if the owner knew some of these things. The host was responsive when I messaged.
